Somos adictos fans de la pasta, nos gusta como sea... pero hoy la hemos preparado junto con Laia y ella le ha dado su toque Laia land, así que hoy le damos color a los espaguetis ñam ñam =P

Hacer espagueti de colores es muy sencillo necesitarás los siguientes... 

Ingredientes

  • Pasta cocida y escurrida
  • Bolsitas de plástico ( A mi me gustan las que son tipo Zip Lock porque son más fáciles de cerrar)
  • Agua
  • Colorante vegetal Modo de hacerlo Después de cocer la pasta como siempre lo haces (a mi me gusta conocerla en agua con sal, aceite y un pedacito de cebolla) la escurres y la separas en montoncitos según los colores que vayas a hacer.

¿Cómo se hace?

Separa en montoncitos la pasta según el número de colores que quieras crear, y cada uno de los montoncitos lo vas metiendo en una bolsita de plástico.

Diluyes dos cucharitas de agua con unas 10-20 gotas de colorante según la intensidad de color que quieras teñir la pasta y se lo agregas a la bolsita donde previamente pusiste la pasta. (Nosotros al final agregamos las gotas sin diluirlas en agua y se tiñe también, solo que en el espagueti que cae la gota esta se queda mas obscura en esa zona).

Agitas bien la bolsita para que el color de la pasta quede homogéneo, esta es la parte favorita de Laia y seguro la tuya tambien... esperas un par de minutos y listo puedes volver escurrir la pasta revolverla con los demás colores y servir.

A mi me gusta aderezar con aceite y sal y después acompañarlo con algo de carne pero o en realidad puedes usar la salsa que quieras.

A los niños les encanta y queda muy vistoso y bonito!
